We specialise in low-volume boutique dog grooming in Patterson Lakes, providing a calm, quiet environment where every dog is groomed with patience, gentle handling, and genuine care. Unlike busy, high-volume salons, we intentionally limit the number of appointments each day, allowing us to focus on quality over quantity and ensuring your pup enjoys a relaxed, personalised experience from start to finish.

Every groom is thoughtfully tailored to your dog's breed, coat type, lifestyle, and your preferred style, ensuring a beautiful finish that looks and feels it's very best.

Suitable for puppies from 16 weeks to 6 months of age, this gentle introduction to grooming is designed to build confidence and create positive lifelong grooming experiences.
Early grooming helps your puppy become familiar with the sights, sounds, and handling involved in the grooming process, making future appointments calm and stress-free. For the best start, we recommend introducing your puppy to grooming from around 16 weeks of age and maintaining regular visits every 2–4 weeks throughout their first 6 months.
Your puppy's first groom includes a warm bath using puppy-specific shampoo and conditioner selected to suit their delicate coat and skin, followed by a gentle fluff dry, nail trim, and a tidy of the face, feet, and tail. I will never rush or force your pup and at this age it isn't about the perfect groom, but more about building confidence with the process.

Additional Grooming Time
Some coats require a little extra care. Additional grooming time is charged at $20 per 15 minutes for services such as de-matting, extra thick coats, extensive scissoring, carding or medicated bathing (owner-supplied shampoo).
Matting Fee
Additional $20 per 15 minutes
Matted coats require additional time, patience, and care to ensure your dog’s comfort and wellbeing. I will always prioritise gentle, humane handling and will discuss the most suitable options with you if needed.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $15 late fee will apply. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and a no-show fee will be charged at your next visit. If we are still able to accommodate your dog on the day, we will always do our very best to do so; however, the $15 late fee will still apply, and your collection time may be later than originally scheduled to allow us to care for all clients throughout the day.
No Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided at least 24 hours notice, a $50 no-show fee will be added to your next grooming visit. We work hard to keep the day running smoothly and on time, so we kindly ask all clients to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to help us care for every pup comfortably and without delay.
