We specialise in low-volume boutique dog grooming in Patterson Lakes, providing a calm, quiet environment where every dog is groomed with patience, gentle handling, and genuine care. This deshed treatment includes a warm bath featuring premium Australian-made, coat-specific de-shedding shampoo and conditioner, followed by a de-shedding treatment, blow dry, feet tidy and nail trim.
This treatment helps minimise shedding at home while supporting a healthier coat and skin.

This beautifully refreshing treatment includes a warm bath using premium Australian-made, salon-quality products selected to suit your dog's coat and skin, followed by a blow dry, nail trim, and a tidy of the face, feet, and tail.
Perfect for maintaining a neat, well-groomed appearance between Full Grooms, or for dogs that simply need a light tidy rather than a complete clip.
Please note: This service is suitable for dogs whose coats are free from matting. If your dog is matted, a Full Groom will be required to ensure their comfort and wellbeing.

Suitable for puppies from 16 weeks to 6 months of age, this gentle introduction to grooming is designed to build confidence and create positive lifelong grooming experiences.
Early grooming helps your puppy become familiar with the sights, sounds, and handling involved in the grooming process, making future appointments calm and stress-free. For the best start, we recommend introducing your puppy to grooming from around 16 weeks of age and maintaining regular visits every 2–4 weeks throughout their first year.
Your puppy's first groom includes a warm bath using premium Australian-made, puppy-specific shampoo and conditioner selected to suit their delicate coat and skin, followed by a gentle fluff dry, nail trim, and a tidy of the face, feet, and tail.

Additional Grooming Time
Some coats require a little extra care. Additional grooming time is charged at $20 per 15 minutes for services such as de-matting, extra thick coats, extensive scissoring, carding or medicated bathing (owner-supplied shampoo).
Additional Handling Assistance
The comfort and safety of every dog is our priority. Where an additional team member is required to safely complete a groom—such as for senior dogs, nervous puppies, or dogs needing extra support—an assistance fee of $20 per 15 minutes may apply.
We'll always discuss this with you where possible.
Matting Fee
Additional $20 per 15 minutes
Matted coats require additional time, patience, and care to ensure your dog’s comfort and wellbeing. I always prioritise gentle, humane handling and will discuss the most suitable options with you if needed.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $15 late fee will apply. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and a no-show fee will be charged at your next visit. If we are still able to accommodate your dog on the day, we will always do our very best to do so; however, the $15 late fee will still apply, and your collection time may be later than originally scheduled to allow us to care for all clients throughout the day.
No Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided at least 12–24 hours’ notice, a $50 no-show fee will be added to your next grooming visit. We work hard to keep the day running smoothly and on time, so we kindly ask all clients to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to help us care for every pup comfortably and without delay.
